I was really excited about this purchase because i was looking for a hat exactly like this. However I ordered it over a month before my trip and I ended up receiving it after my trip. So I wasn’t able to wear it. I tried to get into contact with the owner and they never responded. Great product however terrible customer service and shipping

The hat is literally THE cutest thing! I’m only giving a 4 star because shipping took so long, no updates. I even messaged them and still have not received anything back. Luckily I ordered 2 months in advance of my trip.

The items were ordered a month before our vacation, only one of the two we ordered arrived, however it came after we returned from that vacation. We have asked for a refund and await a response.

i ordered a m/l and received a s/m

I ordered the item on June 30th for my trip in early august. I ordered it early because i wanted to have enough time for shipping. I messaged the seller on July 26th i think and she hasn’t shipped the item yet. It had been a month since i ordered it and it hadn’t even shipped and i left for my trip in a week. I messaged her again and she took quite a while to get back to me, once she did she she Apologized for taking so long and that she shipped it two day shipping with and added extra merchandise item for free. The item took longer than two days to arrive and i never received it for my trip. I talked to her again and asked for a refund, i said thank you for everything but I’d rather have a refund since I’ll not be able to use the item being as it was a one time trip. The seller never got back to me and it’s been about 2-3 weeks
